Structure

To gain the Professional Certificate in Treaty, you must complete 25 credit points at level 9, comprising of two core subjects

Subjects

  • Indigenous Treaties & Future Relations
  • Indigenous Governance Principles.

Entry requirements

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree (or equivalent), OR
  • Have completed at least 5 years of full-time relevant documented professional or work experience (paid and/or voluntary), OR
  • Have completed at least 3 years of full-time relevant documented professional or work experience (paid and/or voluntary) AND completion of at least three micro-credentials in the Preparing for Treaty series or the Self-Determination and Community Services series, OR
  • Be an Indigenous person with an interest or engagement in treaty process with completion of at least three micro-credentials in the Preparing for Treaty series or the Self-Determination and Community Services series.
