You’ll complete core units in ethics, economics, financial accounting, global business, management, and marketing.The flexible course structure gives you the choice of combining two specialisations, completing more extensive study in one specialisation, or combining one specialisation with an array of electives from across the other specialisations. Structure

16 units which include 4 conversion units, course core units and specialisation units. Students who have completed a Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty are granted credit for conversion units up to a value of 4 units. Students will have the opportunity to take part in extracurricular activities from careers fairs and networking events, through to joining student groups and attending professional development workshops and guest lectures from senior executives.

Standard entry requirements

  • (1) To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—(1)(a) a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA
  • And(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent
  • Or(c) at least two years professional experience in a relevant occupation
  • Or(2)(a) completed a Graduate Certificate in Finance, or Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Employment Relations, or Graduate Certificate in Business Information and Logistics Management, or Graduate Certificate in Commerce, or Graduate Certificate in Marketing, or Graduate Certificate in Economics at UWA.
