Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours)
Construction Management graduates work in a range of leadership roles in the industry. This includes project management, contract management, quantity surveying, estimating, building surveying, building certification, facilities management, property development and WHS. They manage physical buildings and infrastructure projects either onsite or from an office. Construction managers lead and coordinate design and construction processes. They liaise with clients and consultants, and select, hire and supervise various contractors. They’re also responsible for managing the legal and financial aspects of the project. This program has a high level of professional recognition both in Australia and overseas. Our flexible delivery options allow you to study remotely (online) and work in the industry while completing your degree. Engage only with practical assessments, rather than exams. Structure
In the Bachelor of Construction Management (Building) (Honours) program students are requied to complete 320 units, which is comprised of: 280 units of Core Courses; 10 units of Directed Courses; and 30 units of Elective Courses.
