The program is focused on developing the skills necessary to understand and create solutions to issues such as food security, climate change, and management of carbon, water and the environment. This is particularly important considering the growing complexity of the global economy. In addition to course work students will undertake a research project, which provides the opportunity develop project management, communication and interdisciplinary study skills.
Graduates requiring additional knowledge in an area of agricultural science or economics
The embedded courses in this sequence are: (a) the Graduate Certificate in Agriculture and Environment (b) the Graduate Diploma in Agriculture and Environment (c) the Master of Agriculture and Environment. Providing candidates satisfy the admission requirements for each stage, a candidate may progress to the award of any of the courses in this sequence. Only the longest award completed will be conferred.
