Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation Scholarship

The late Sir Vincent Fairfax was a leading member of the business community who was passionate about issues concerning rural Australia. He was a philanthropist in life, and he established the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation to reflect is enduring values and vision. Throughout his life, Vincent was a firm believer that wealth and influence brought with them a responsibility to support the community, and in keeping with this philosophy, WS, in partnership with the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation have established a scholarship to support a WS student during their studies.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; receive an offer to study or be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in agriculture, the environment or animal science at the WS Hawkesbury campus; and be starting at WS for the first time. Selection is based on academic results.

Amount $5,000

The scholarship is valued at up to $5,000 for 1 year.
