This course will allow students to develop and demonstrate technical engineering knowledge and skills with a choice to specialise in civil, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, or mining engineering. This course incorporates project based learning, providing students the opportunity to learn in context, in formal and informal learning environments such as workshops, classes and project studios. Teamwork, communication and problem solving skills are learned alongside technical content in this exciting real-world engineering course.

- QTAC: Maths B (4, SA)
- English (4, SA)
- UAC: Mathematics (Band 2), English (Standard) (Band 2)
- VTAC: Units three and four: a study score of at least 25 in any English
- And a study score of at least 25 in one Maths: Mathematical Methods (CAS) or Maths Specialist Mathematics. English language requirements apply.
The civil, electrical and mechanical engineering majors are accredited by Engineers Australia. Upon graduation, you will satisfy the academic requirements for membership of Engineers Australia as a professional Engineer. For further information, visit www.engineersaustralia.org.au.
Exit award: Diploma of Engineering Studies. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) may also be used as an alternative entry path into the Bachelor of Engineering Co-op (Honours) and Diploma of Professional Practice (Engineering). Upon completion of the degree, students may undertake postgraduate study in engineering including Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Master level courses.
