Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Education
The course is designed to provide knowledge and skills for educators in and aspiring to leadership in education. The course aims to develop evidence based and reflective practices to enhance leadership and support of strategic initiatives needed to solve contemporary problems in the Education sector. Further, it encourages relational and collaborative approaches to empower others to meaningfully engage with challenges experienced in education. The course aims to provide students with a sound analysis and synthesis of contemporary approaches to leadership in education to mobilise and empower a workforce that creates and provides integrated and inclusive education.

Structure
To qualify for the Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Education, a student must complete 18 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic.

Entry requirements
- Applicants must normally hold a degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- However, the Dean (Education) may, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions, admit others who can show evidence of fitness for candidature.
