The Graduate Certificate in Travel Medicine is available for those entering into or working in the practice of travel medicine. It is designed to provide academic and practical training in the disciplines of travel and tropical medicine and will be of particular interest to those providing travel health advice.
Health professionals working or about to work in the fields of travel and international health
12 credit points of subjects. This course is offered online but requires some on-campus attendance.

Standard entry requirements
- Completion of an AQF level 7 bachelor degree in a relevant health discipline
- Or equivalent.
Faculty of Travel Medicine of the Australasian College of Tropical Medicine, for its fellowship program
Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Travel Medicine may lead to credit towards the Graduate Diploma of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Master of Public Health or Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
