The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is a postgraduate research degree that develops research skills and provides students with the opportunity to conduct research in their chosen discipline. The MPhil consists of 24 credit points of coursework and 72 credit points of research thesis, comprising 40,000 words or equivalent. Under the guidance of a supervisory team, of at least two supervisors, students will independently plan and execute a research project that will lead to the production of a thesis.
