Entry requirements for UNSW Sydney

Entry into UNSW degrees is based on academic merit. To be considered for an undergraduate degree applicants will be assessed on their performance in Australian or New Zealand Senior Secondary studies; university or other post-secondary qualifications; equivalent overseas qualifications or an alternative entry qualification.

The requirement for study at postgraduate level in coursework is a completed undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study.

The undergraduate degree must be from a recognised tertiary institution. Competition for places is keen and admission is subject to selection, but applicants with a good first degree have excellent prospects of admission.

Description The A & D Gotthard Scholarship in Engineering aims to assist high achieving students to undertake the Bachelor of Engineering program at the UNSW Kensington Campus.
Eligibility Applicants must: be Australia citizens, or permanent residents, or humanitarian visa holders; completed the NSW HSC (or interstate equivalent or IB, or in the year prior to commencing studies at UNSW or in the previous two years prior to commencing at UNSW, provided no tertiary study was undertaken during this period; and be commencing full-time studies (single or dual degree) in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at UNSW Kensington Campus.
