This qualification is part of the Business Services Training Package. It is suited to indivuals who are board members and coordinators of quality governance. They would apply a broad knowledge of the business and contribute their skills and knowledge to monitoring and guiding the activities of the organisation at a board level. Individuals in these roles would solve problems, analyse information and may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.
