The scholarship is awarded to all RSAA PhD students who apply for another university scholarship. There are no restrictions on citizenship.

No application is required as the scholarship is automatically awarded to all PhD students in the RSAA.

Amount	$3,000 The scholarship is valued at $3,000 per year. The maximum duration of the award is 3 years with a possible 6-month extension.
