They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual and managerial competencies. Their knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the marketing and communications field. Typically they are accountable for group outcomes and the overall performance of the marketing and communication, advertising or public relations functions of an organisation.

Established in 1993, Australian Pacific College (APC) is a Registered Training Organisation and Australian Government registered ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses to Overseas Students) and NEAS (National English Language Teaching Accreditation Scheme) accredited centre. APC offers English, accounting, business, hospitality, human resources management, information technology, marketing, management, project management, social media marketing, tourism and TESOL courses.
