Entry Requirements:

Certificate II in Retail Baking Assistance; or relevant vocational training and/or work experience

13 units: 9 core; 4 elective

Core: Implement the food safety program and procedures; Produce bread dough; Bake bread; Process dough; plus more. Electives: Store, handle and use frozen dough; Plan and schedule production for retail bakery; Deliver and monitor a service to customers; Prepare food products using basic cooking methods; plus more.
