44 units: 37 core; 7 elective

Core: Maintain personal equipment; Apply hygiene and sanitation practices; Follow safe work policies and procedures; Overview the meat industry; Store meat product; Select, weigh and package meat for sale; Use numerical applications in the workplace; plus more. Electives: Process sales transactions; Undertake minor routine maintenance; Undertake routine preventative maintenance; Prepare cooked meat product for retail sale; Identify and repair equipment faults; Provide work skill instruction; plus more.

Established in 1997, Axial Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers traineeship and apprenticeship trade training, business qualifications and a range of short courses and inductions.
