The Preparatory Studies program provides the opportunity for students to develop knowledge and skills to prepare for CDU undergraduate courses (assumed knowledge).The preparatory studies program currently includes a bridging mathematics unit (PRP001 Preparatory Studies Mathematics) designed to prepare students who need to complete mathematics as part of their degree. PRP001 is especially useful for students who are considering enrolling into the undergraduate units SMA101 Mathematics 1A and SMA104 Concepts of Mathematics but may also be valuable preparation for other undergraduate courses requiring a higher level of mathematical knowledge and skills, such as Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Sciences and Education.
