This course provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a successful career as a manager in the public sector. Students will develop the skills and knowledge in the design and implementation of public policy, the consideration of governance issues and ethical behaviour, and the use of strategic management principles and graduate with the tools required to be successful and confident in a management capacity within a public administration organisation.

- Or a CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Management or equivalent.
Exit award: Graduate Certificate in Management. Students can continue their studies with the Master of Business Management.
