This program will provide students with a thorough foundation in contemporary business theories emphasising the creation and critical evaluation of innovative ideas and strategies within ambiguous business environments. Throughout the course, students will complete a broad range of high-level, general and specialised business units. It is aimed primarily at middle and senior managers looking to improve their standing in industry, combining current business theory and local and international perspectives with hands-on project work and is interwoven with a core set of values reflecting commitment to ethical and sustainable corporate governance practices. This course offers specialisations in Strategic Procurement, Leadership and Oil and Gas, as well as the generic Business stream. In February 2015, The Curtin MBA was accredited for three years for its MBA program by the EFMD. EPAS (EFMD Programme Accreditation System) is based on the same principles as its EQUIS accreditation; i.e. how well the assessed program meets its criteria of successful internationalisation and its high standards in the areas of academic rigour, corporate relevance and quality assurance.
