Undergraduate Certificate in Acting
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of acting and performance. Students will participate in intensive actor training workshops developing movement and voice, and exploring performance methodologies. Students will also participate in collaborative, staged readings of theatrical text. The practical components are complemented by critical studies, analysing texts and methods in relation to their historical and sociological contexts. The course can only be taken part time.

Structure
To qualify for the Undergraduate Certificate in Acting, a student must complete 18 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic.
Entry requirements
- This course can be applied for using Year 12, TAFE qualifications, the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT), the Flinders Foundation Studies Program and Tertiary Transfer.
