Structure

Students complete six core (compulsory) one option topic and at least one minor chosen from various areas including Cognitive Psychology and Educational Practice, Gifted Education and Inclusive Education.

Standard entry requirements

Applicants must normally hold a degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution. However, the Dean (Education) may, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions, admit others who can show evidence of fitness for candidature.

Recognition

Graduates will not be eligible for teacher registration. Please see the Master of Teaching suite to undertake a postgraduate teaching qualification that leads to teacher registration.
