Erica Jolly Indigenous Bursary

A generous donation from Flinders University graduate Erica Jolly, a Companion of the University, has enabled the establishment of the Erica Jolly Indigenous Bursary. The bursary has been established to encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to undertake a higher education course, specifically in the field of education, including special education.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be of Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; identify as Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders; be accepted as Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders by the community in which they live or have lived; and be enrolled full time in an undergraduate course of study in Education or Special Education at Flinders University. The bursary is available to both commencing and continuing students.

Amount $500

The scholarship is valued at $500 for 1 year, subject to the availability of funds.
