In 2012 the now disbanded Central Highlands District Health Council donated the balance of their Scholarship Fund to James Cook University to administer until the funds are exhausted.
Eligibility
Applicants must: an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent visa holder; enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate human health sciences course; am a resident of Springsure or another location within the Central Highlands Local Government Area (see Scholarship Rules - Appendix A).
