Applicants must: be international students from Vietnam; be commencing the Monash University English Language program offered by the Monash University English Language Centre (MUELC); and be recipients of The People's Committee of Danang City Centre for Promotion of Human Resources Development Scholarship. Selection is based on academic achievement.
