Stan Robson Rural Pharmacy Scholarship
Monash University
The scholarship is offered to the highest achieving eligible students commencing the specified courses offered by the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at a Monash campus in Australia based on academic achievement and need.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa; be currently studying year 12 or IB in Australia; be commencing Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours)/Master of Pharmacy in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Monash; be experiencing financial disadvantage. Selection is based on academic achievement and need. Consideration is given if in addition to financial disadvantage and have a permanent residence that is more than 50km from the Melbourne CBD and/or are an Indigenous Australian. Tenure is dependent on maintaining a credit average each semester.

The applicant will be required to provide a one-page report for the donor at the end of the academic year, detailing achievements over the course of the year and the impact the scholarship has had on them. The scholarship cannot be deferred.
