Walter and Eliza Hall Trust Opportunity Scholarship - Physical Disability

This scholarship has been introduced to support financially disadvantaged students with a diagnosed physical disability.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be continuing Monash undergraduate students who have completed first and/or second year of study in any area, and be studying a minimum of 2 subjects per semester; have a physical disability (formal diagnosis and in receipt of the Disability Support Pension); and be experiencing financial disadvantage.

Further details

Successful recipients must provide a report to the donor of the scholarship at the end of the year. The scholarship cannot be deferred.

Amount $10,000

The scholarship provides $10,000 for 1 year, to be used for study expenses only (text books and equipment).
