Newmont Boddington Gold (NBG) have developed the Newmont Kalyagool Kadadjiny Scholarships to provide financial support to Aboriginal students enrolled in full-time study at Murdoch University, who aspire to work in the mining industry.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be of Aboriginal descent; be Australian citizens, or permanent residents; and be intending to enrol, or be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree at any one of Murdoch University campuses.

Amount $8,000

The scholarship is valued at $24,000, to be paid in 3 equal instalments of $8,000 per year for 3 years.
