This scholarship is sponsored by Ashurst Australia in memory of the late Rod Bush, the first Managing Partner of the Brisbane office. It was first offered in 1999 and is available to eligible domestic students enrolled in QUT's undergraduate law courses with at least two semesters remaining to study.
Eligibility
Students must: be studying full-time; be studying a QUT Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) or a double degree incorporating the Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Laws (Honours); have at least 2 semesters remaining in their degree; be Australian citizens; be intending to practice law when they complete their degree; have a good academic record; and be facing personal, social or economic challenges.
