Mary and Carl Leonard International Relations Award

The scholarship aims to assist QUT students or early demonstrated in-depth understanding and commitment to becoming ambassadors for real change in Lesser Developed Countries.
Eligibility
Study or Research Abroad Component applicants must: be currently enrolled at QUT or currently employed by QUT if an Early Career Researcher; have completed at least 96 credit points at the time of application; have no less than 48 credit points to course complete at time of application; have at least one semester of their appointment remaining at the time of application; have a course GPA of 5.5 or in the case of HDR students and Early Career Researchers be able to demonstrate satisfactory research progress; be planning a minimum 12 week study program overseas. International Volunteering or Work Experience Component Applicants must: be currently enrolled at QUT; have completed at least 96 credit points at the time of application; have no less than 48 credit points to course complete at time of application; have a course GPA of 5.5, for the proposed international work experience or volunteer program; and be planning a minimum six-week international volunteer/work experience assignment with an organisation approved by QUT.
