QUT Faculty of Law Founders' Scholarship

The purpose of the scholarship is to offer financial support to disadvantaged law students so that they are given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Since its inception, this scholarship has assisted many students, a number of whom have established successful professional careers since graduating.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be full-time or part-time students entering their first year of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program at QUT (including double-degrees with law); and be experiencing demonstrable financial hardship.
| Amount | $2,500 The scholarship is valued at $10,000, paid at the amount of $1,250 per semester over 4 years. Several scholarships are offered each year, some sponsored by legal firms and others by the scholarship fund. Recipients may also receive support through networking, mentoring and other opportunities. |
