Established in 1995, Racing Queensland is a Registered Training Organisation. Racing Queensland is the control body for all three codes of racing and its training arm aims to provide training to the Queensland Thoroughbred racing industry through apprenticeships (jockey), traineeships (stablehands and trackriders) and short courses for the Greyhound and Harness industries.

Entry requirements for Racing Queensland

The minimum age is 15 for full-time, part time and school based programs. All participants must be licensed.
