For students identifying as women commencing a Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) degree at RMIT with high ATAR results.
Eligibility
Applicants must: identify as a woman; be Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents; have achieved excellent Year 12 results in the year of application; be commencing full-time studies in the Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT in the following year; and not already be enrolled at RMIT.

Students do not apply for this scholarship, but must apply via VTAC for the RMIT Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation). Only the successful recipient is notified in late January after round 1 program offers have been made.
