Applicants for entry into the Undergraduate Certificate in Property Valuation must hold a NSW HSC or Tertiary Preparation Certificate or Certificate IV or equivalent. Applicants who do not hold one of these qualifications may be admitted under TAFE NSW Higher Education mature age or disadvantage provisions.
