Bruce Goulds Memorial Commerce Scholarship

The University of Western Australia (UWA)

In memory of Bruce Goulds the former CFO of Mineral Resources, this scholarship has been established to encourage and assist students from a regional and remote area who is enrolled in a Finance or Accounting Major to continue to pursue their Commerce degree.

Eligibility

(a) be a domestic student; (b) a student from a regional or remote area of Australia; (c) have completed at least 48 points towards their Bachelor of Commerce Degree and; (d) be enrolled in an Accounting or Finance Major (e) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol— (i) full-time unless the selection body is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances3 which preclude full-time enrolment; 1 An Australian citizen or permanent resident or holder of a Permanent Humanitarian Visa or a New Zealand citizen. 2 To be considered for a scholarship based on rural or regional status, students need to prove that they have lived in a rural or remote area.
