Structure

Graduates with a minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree relevant to the project can choose to study the Honours Degree of Bachelor of Science in Dentistry either full-time over one year of study, or half-time over two years of study. A concurrent honours is available to domestic Bachelor of Dental Surgery students, permitting them to complete their Honours requirements at around the same time that they graduate with the Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. Students can enrol from the end of the third year of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. The concurrent program is NOT available to international Bachelor of Dental Surgery students.

Standard entry requirements

Completed 3 year relevant bachelor degree with a minimum GPA of 5.0 OR successful completion of at least 3 years of a relevant Australian bachelor degree of 4 or more years duration (or equivalent) with a minimum academic performance equivalent to a GPA of 5.0. Student enrolments will be limited to the number of honours projects available.
