UC Prep is for Australian students who do not meet the entry requirements of the University of Canberra and who have not studied for some time. The program gives students entry to the University and prepares them with skills and confidence to help with university or work. Students can improve their your skills in: research, report and essay writing, numeracy, oral presentations, time management, learning online.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold an Australian permanent residency visa. Applicants must also be 21 years or older by the time they start their chosen degree), and have been out of education for more than 2 years. Note: Applicants who have been in Australia for less than 2 years or have a first language other than English may be required to attend an interview.

Structure:

Students attend two 2 hour classes (4 hours) per week.

At the completion of the program students apply to enter the University of Canberra.
