The scholarship was established by Mr Graeme Latham in honour of his father, who was a resident just prior to WWII, and served the council from 1953-93. The scholarship is tenable at Queen's College.
Eligibility
The scholarship is open to commerce students entering university for the first time at first year level who wish to reside at Queen's College. Selection is based on ATAR score.
