The scholarship was established in 1995 by a bequest under the will of Maisie Elizabeth Handy in memory of her late husband E.O.H. Handy.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be: a Queensland Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student at the University of Queensland. Selection is based on academic merit and socio-economic need.
