The scholarship was established in 2008 and is maintained from the income of a bequest from the late Margaretha Ebersohn.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be a domestic students; be in semester 1 of the year of the award; be enrolled full-time in either their first or second semester in an approved program and where relevant, an approved field. Selection is based on academic merit, interest in pursuing studies in crop agronomy, pasture agronomy, or soil conservation, and leadership potential.
