Ruthning Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship was established in 1960 by a legacy of $4,000 given by Miss E. S. D. Ruthning, representing $2,000 from her estate and $2,000 from the estate of her sister Miss V. E. M. Ruthning, in memory of their father H. L. E. Ruthning, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens, or permanent residents; have received a TC Beirne School of Law Scholarship (LLB) in the year of the Scholarship; and be enrolled full-time in the first year of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program.

Amount $2,122

The scholarship is valued at $2,122 for 1 year.
