Division of Information Technology, Engineering and the Environment High Achiever School Leaver Equity Scholarship

The scholarships support high achieving students enrolling in an undergraduate degree in the Division of Information Technology, Engineering and the Environment who are suffering from financial hardship.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of Australia; be recent school leavers who have not previously commenced tertiary education; be able to demonstrate financial hardship; be enrolled full-time in the first year of an eligible degree program in the Division of Information Technology, Engineering and the Environment at Mawson Lakes Campus; and achieve an ATAR of at least 90 (exclusive of bonus points). Tenure is dependent on maintenance of a GPA of at least 4.5 each study period. The scholarship may not be held in conjunction with any other scholarship within the division. Eligible courses are: Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Information Technology; Bachelor of Software Engineering; Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences; Bachelor of Sustainable Environments; Bachelor of Science; and Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Aviation).

Amount $5,000

The scholarship is valued at $5,000 per year for the duration of the course.
