Eligibility

The Ruth Rentschler Arts and Cultural Management Grant is available to commencing or continuing postgraduate students enrolled in the Master of Management (Arts and Cultural Management) or Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts and Cultural Management). Eligibility and Selection Criteria - Enrolled in the Master of Management (Arts and Cultural Management) or Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts and Cultural Management). - Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Australia or international student. - Grade point average (GPA) of 4.5 or above. - Demonstrated engagement in industry or community. - Full-time or part-time enrolment. - Submission of a written statement. To receive the grant, applicants must demonstrate a passion for their arts and cultural management program, and have clear future goals related to arts and cultural management. Recipients may use funds towards course fees and costs associated with study including textbooks, travel, computing equipment or other related expenses. Application Applicants are required to provide a written statement (maximum 300 words) outlining: - Reasons for studying arts and cultural management. - Academic achievements. - Community or industry involvement. - Future career goals within the arts and cultural industry including how the grant would help achieve these goals. - Any financial or educational disadvantage that the applicant wishes to be taken into account. The grant will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement and content of the written statement.
