University of Sydney Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Entry Scholarship

The scholarship is for indigenous students who have obtained an ATAR of 85 or above and are commencing their first year of tertiary study at The University of Sydney.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; have obtained an ATAR in the NSW Higher School Certificate (or equivalent) of 85.0 or above; and be commencing the first year of an undergraduate award course at The University of Sydney through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC). A confirmed offer of a scholarship must be taken up by enrolment in the first year of the nominated degree or combined degree program in the year for which the offer is made. The scholarship may be deferred for up to 1 year.

Amount $10,000

The scholarship is valued at $10,000 for 1 year.
