Chicka Dixon PhD Scholarship
University of Technology Sydney (UTS)
This scholarship was established to facilitate Indigenous candidates ability to undertake a PhD at UTS, and to financially support one or more Indigenous PhD candidates.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be Indigenous Australian (must complete a Confirmation of Aboriginality form or provide a statutory declaration); be enrolled at UTS in a higher degree research doctorate; have completed a university degree, at a minimum level of undergraduate degree, and have achieved a minimum grade of pass with no fails. Selection is based on academic achievement in previous studies and preference is given to candidates early in their PhD candidature.
