Henzell Rural and Remote Nursing Bursary

Established in 2014, the Henzell Rural and Remote Nursing Bursaries will be awarded to students who are in their third year of undergraduate study in either a Bachelor of Nursing Science/Bachelor of Midwifery degree to support the undertaking of a rural and remote Nursing placement.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents or permanent humanitarian visa holders; be full-time or part-time students enrolled in the third year of a Bachelor of Nursing Science/Bachelor of Midwifery; and be undertaking a clinical placement in a rural or remote location. Selection is based on academic merit.
| Amount | $1,250 The bursary is valued at $1,250 and will provide support with travel, accommodation and living expenses incurred during a rural and remote placement, and/or to supplement lost income during the placement period. |
