WEIR Minerals Multiflo Scholarship in Mechanical Engineering

This scholarship for Mechanical Engineering students is sponsored by WEIR Minerals Multiflo, an international and multi-national company with a local base in Coolum. The scholarship aims to help establish Mechanical Engineering at USC and broaden awareness of engineering careers.
Eligibility
Applicants must: be full-time in their second year of study in the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program; demonstrate good academic standing; demonstrable extra-curricular activities/interests in engineering. Preference will be given to applicants with an interest or experience in fluid dynamics (especially in pump applications) and mechanical design projects from concept to prototype development. Selection will also be based on applicants' commitment to participate in activities and other opportunities as presented by the donor.
