The University of Waikato Summer Research Scholarships are an initiative to provide promising undergraduate, honours, and 1st-year masters students with the opportunity to experience the challenges and rewards of research. The Summer Research Scholarships are offered in various disciplines during the summer study break (Nov - Feb).

Eligibility

Applicants must: be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, honours or a first year masters degree at a New Zealand or Australian university. Selection is based on academic merit and expertise in one of the areas in which a scholarship is being offered.
