The Diploma of Engineering comprises eight courses that constitute the first year programs of the relevant undergraduate Engineering degree. Articulation arrangements exist for entry into the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia.

• Year 12 or equivalent
• Completion of Stage 1 of the Two Stage Diploma
• Or relevant work experience

Recognition

The University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia.

Study pathways

Students who complete the Diploma may enter First and Second Year of a range of Engineering degrees offered by the University of Adelaide or second year at the University of South Australia. Students must obtain 55% for entry into the University of Adelaide or 4.0 GPA for the University of South Australia.
