Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety

This qualification is part of the Business Services Training Package. It is suitable for people who apply advanced practical knowledge to coordinate, facilitate and maintain the Work Health and Safety program in one or more fields of work in an organisation. They may work under the guidance of an occupational health and safety professional.

Entry Requirements:

Relevant vocational experience; or Diploma of Work Health and Safety

Structure:

8 units: 5 core; 3 electives.

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Apply legislative frameworks for WHS; Facilitate WHS activities; Implement WHS risk management; Evaluate the WHS performance of organisations; Develop, implement and maintain WHS management systems. Electives: Lead and manage organisational change; Conduct a WHS audit; Apply ergonomics to manage WHS risks; plus more.
