This course provides the training for community service workers who design and deliver person-centred services to individuals and/or groups. Workers may provide support, advocacy or interventions to individual clients, groups or communities across a range of services.

Entry Requirements:

Satisfactory demonstration of reading, writing and numeracy skills by undertaking the Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) and any one of Either any Certificate III or higher or SACE Stage 2 or equivalent Australian Year 12 certificate

Structure:

7 core units plus 8 electives.
