Structure
A foundation course (3 units): Introduction to Australian Law
The remainder of the program consists of seven advanced law courses (21 units) selected from the list of Law courses. Seminar-style teaching is employed, courses are normally taught intensively over one or two weeks with approximately 24 hours of classes.

Domestic students - A completed Bachelors degree or equivalent in a field other than law with at least a credit average or a completed Graduate Certificate in Business Law.
International students - Bachelor degree or equivalent (not available to applicants with a Bachelor of Law or equivalent).
